The ban on New York City (NYC) employers asking salary history related questions of job candidates is quickly approaching. The new law goes into effect on October 31, 2017. It seems many NYC employers still have remaining questions on the subject to the point that the NYC Commission on Human Rights has issued a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page on its website here
