HRO Today, the premier global HR network and content community, conducts an annual online survey to collect feedback directly from buyers of the background screening industry. The HRO Today’s “Bakers Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings” analyzes the results across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality.

For the second consecutive year, Validity has opted to participate in the survey. And, for the second consecutive year, Validity has been ranked in all four categories!

  • Enterprise Breadth of Service Leaders
  • Enterprise Quality of Service Leaders
  • Enterprise Size of Deal Leaders

The Bakers Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings is unique in that it relies on feedback directly from our clients. The hard work from our team, and the constant dedication to exceptional client service is reflected through our client’s feedback.  Now, we can truly say that we have “award winning client service,” because we really do.
